Ice... Skate or Cream!?!

Have you ever had a moment, when you were so exhausted... it's been such a long, busy week, and all you want to do it go home, lay on the couch, and watch a movie? Maybe even have a glass of wine, or cup of hot tea? But then... someone asks you to do something with them, and in your mind you go back and forth of what to do. And you decide to take a deep breath, find some energy you didn't know you had, and go.... letting go of the selfishness you have of your time. And then the best part... it ends of being so much fun! You get a second wind, and are so grateful that you decided to go out, and be with others! :)  Well... that happened a few weeks ago to me.... and here is the fun pictures to prove it! Who doesn't enjoy some ice skating with your sisters, after a long week, to celebrate a birthday?!?!! :)

Then did I ever tell you about Winston? He is the cutest and most lovable little, black Yorkie!! :)  I met his parents this summer at Jazz on the Green, and I have gotten the awesome opportunity to dog sit him a few times!! It's the best!  He stays at my house, and is the best behaved little dog.  He shares my bed with me at night (which I was nervous with the first time, but now miss his warm body next to me) :)  And it's so fun to go on walks with him. And did I mention he has some special tricks?!!? :)

Totally styling his sweater! :)
Beautiful walk in the snow.
Who wouldn't love this face??

Hoping the video works for you! :)

Merriam-Webster dictionary defines a friend as "a person who you like and enjoy being with; a person who helps or supports someone or something."   I think that is right on of what us three ladies are to each other.  We all met at our first job as nurses, around 10 years ago, and it's the most beautiful thing to see how God has blessed us to stay friends even with all the moving, distances, and changes that has occurred since we met. Friends are made to help each other, be there for each other, read between the fine lines, bring laughter to each other.... and we can't forget about HUGS!!! Oh, and sharing ice cream of course! :)
